Biographical note | Robert Buffington was born in Illinois but grew up in Georgia and Florida. He has taught at Louisiana State University, Vanderbilt, Rollins, Western Illinois, and Florida State University. He was the co-editor of the University of Georgia Press Poetry Series and has written, The Equilibrist: A Study of John Crowe Ransom's Poems (1967). |
